Mar 24, 2020 · Miracast Options 7th Gen I used to have the moto g 2nd gen, and it suported chromecast and miracast normally, i now own a moto g 7 plus and just realized that it only shows the option to cast to a chromecast but no options of the miracast (that i have on my tv and computer). It'll connect to Miracast no problem, but absolutely refuses to find a Chromecast device. Yet when I try to cast, I get taken to the phone's casting and nothing shows up. Thanks. Oct 21, 2021 · Yes and no. Displaylink adapters have Android drivers. Moto g6 is not supporting any cast or screen mirroring. This is infuriating especially since Miracast works with Moto Connect and can show a desktop but gives me a laggy stuttering display, and Chromecast gives me buttery smooth screen mirroring with the "screen cast" thing but won't find in Moto Connect.
